Privacy policy
Neighbors for Anthony Hargrove collects the information you enter in campaign forms. Depending on the form, that information can include your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, volunteer interests, yard sign address, and the message or notes you provide.
The committee uses the information only to answer requests, coordinate volunteers, fulfill yard sign requests, and send campaign updates when you specifically request them. The committee does not sell personal information. Cloudflare processes form traffic and email delivery, and Google stores the private campaign spreadsheet and campaign inbox so the committee can operate the forms.
Google Maps Platform provides optional address suggestions on the yard sign form. When address suggestions are enabled, Google receives the street address text you type and uses it to return matching places. Selecting a suggestion fills the street address and ZIP code fields. City and state are fixed as Chicago, Illinois. You can also enter the street address and ZIP code manually. Form submissions are retained while Neighbors for Anthony Hargrove operates and are deleted within 90 days after committee operations end, unless a longer period is required by law. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Communications consent
Sending a contact message, volunteer signup, or yard sign request allows the committee to follow up about that request. Those forms add your email address to the campaign update list only when you select the separate email updates option. The dedicated campaign updates form adds the email address because receiving updates is the stated purpose of that form.
To unsubscribe from campaign email, reply to any campaign email with the word unsubscribe or email contact@hargroveforcps.com. Campaign staff will remove the address before sending another campaign email.
